IV lamp burned

I bought this filter Guv500 from Amazon before one year ago but the uv lamp light burned, how I can get a new one

Despite some bumps in the road, in all our dealings with Amazon, we have never been more pleased with the final outcome. We purchased our second Fish Mate Pond Filter from Amazon via AlotOfHome. Although we encountered the same broken UV light issue several other reviewers mentioned, and the original plastic lid was cracked, Jill and David at Ani Mate Retail Sales have been amazing and sent replacements right out. Besides the replacement parts, because these employees were so competent and knowledgeable, we were able to gain a great deal of valuable information on pond upkeep. Now, one day after replacing the UV light, our filter is functioning beautifully and our fish are no longer swimming in green goop. Additionally, we have gained great respect for and faith in this company and their employees. Five stars to Ani Mate. Our fish are happy and healthy again, and so are we. Thank YOU!!!

Works great

I have had the same one on my 100 gallon fish pond for over ten years. I have had to replace the bulb twice and the pump three times, but only now the box has finally rotted out and I have to replace it. I have tried other brands, but they didn't work as good the fish mate. Now I won't use anything else.

Last a long time

Our first one lasted over 5 yrs before the weather and water deteriorated the plastic. The second one hasn't kept the Algiers down not sure what to do. I'm going to change bulb even though it still works.

Great product

So I decided to do a 125gal duck pond. After alot of research i decided to go with this filter. It does great and was very easy to set up. Only nitpicking con is it has TWO outlets which kinda makes it harder to hide for a clean look
