Use of the Closer Pets Pet Portal is subject to the following terms and conditions, violation of these terms will result in suspension or termination of access to this site and the user's wholesale account.

 

Order Information

    • Minimum First Order - $250
    • Minimum Reorder - $250
    • No Order Minimum Per SKU
    • Out of stock items will be canceled and no back orders will be held for future shipment
    • All payments are processed at the time of order
    • Special order minimums may apply via promotions, promotions will be made known via the email address provided during onboarding.

 

Volume Discounts*

    • $1,000.00 or more – 5%
    • $3,000.00 or more – 7.5%
    • $5,000.00 or more – 10%

*Discounts are applied only to a single order, based on total less any shipping or other charges. Cannot be combined with other promotional discounts unless otherwise specified.

 

Turnaround Times

    • We typically ship within 2 business days of receiving payment for orders. However, turnaround times may vary. Tracking information will be provided via email.

 

Display & Packaging

    • All products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging. Failure to comply may result in account termination. Please let us know if you have any questions regarding packaging.

 

Shipping

    • All shipping costs are charged at the time of shipment and will be included in your final invoice. Our carriers are as follows:
      • Domestic: Most orders ship via FedEx
    • Closer Pets is not responsible for any carrier delays. All orders ship from our North American Warehouse in Conroe, TX.
    • We only ship on our carrier accounts, we are not able to use alternate accounts due to our needs for proof of delivery and other shipping data.
    • For orders less than $1,000.00, a flat rate of $30.00 will be charged for standard shipping.
    • Orders of $1,000.00 or more (after any discounts applied) will qualify for free standard shipping.

 

Cancellations, Returns or Exchanges

    • We ask that all cancellations or changes to your order be submitted via email within 24 hours of placing the order. Any reductions to your order or cancellations not reported within 24 hours will be issued a restocking fee for up to 20% of the total deducted from your order.
    • Incorrectly shipped merchandise or returns must be submitted within 5 days of receipt and returns or exchanges must be postmarked within 5 days of reporting. All merchandise must be returned unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

 

Online Retailer Conditions

    • If you have a brick-and-mortar shop with your own website, we will be happy to authorize our products being included. If authorized, we ask that you respect our MAP (minimum advertised price) and ensure all safety recommendations are clearly visible.
    • Please note that Closer Pets customers are not authorized to sell our products on third party websites such as Amazon, E-Bay, Walmart.com, or any other without our express written permission. Please be sensitive to the fact that violating our third-party reseller policy will result in the closure of your wholesale account.
    • Unless directly authorized with our written consent, we ask that you not engage in any paid search advertising, search engine marketing, or other online advertising or marketing campaign that uses the "Closer Pets" name or any word or phrase that is confusingly similar (including any variation or misspelling) as a stand-alone, exact match, search term or keyword.
    • All pricing information and terms are considered confidential and should only be disseminated to relevant personnel.
    • Violation of any of these conditions may result in closure of your wholesale account, with or without prior notice.
