Great bowls that do the trick

I've had a couple issues with my feeders, but the company got back to me and all is well. I've got 4 of them, but one of my kitties passed. The only thing that would make these even better albeit perfect, would be the ability to store food and dispense a certain amount of food at particular times while still only allowing the correct kitty to get in and eat the dispensed food. It would be perfection for those who travel!

Best feeder ever!

I love our chip reading feeders! It was just what we needed to keep our 3 kitties, who are all on different diets, from stealing each other’s food. Worth every penny. The chip tag it comes with was pretty big for a cat but getting pets chipped isn’t that expensive these days. If the company is looking for new add-on ideas, I’d love to see a two section insert, so I could offer both dry and wet in the same feeder. Thank you!

Great feeder for dog!

I got this bowl about 2 years ago for my 25 lb pomsky who lives with cats that shouldn't be eating his food. It holds just enough dry and dry/wet mix. He only eats sporadically and now only he actually gets to eat his food. I have found a few fruit flies sometimes but now have an electronic catcher. I love this bowl!

Great feeder! Can you adjust speed?

We bought this because we have a piggy and a grazer. Works great, except that our piggy has learned to hang out and get in there for food when it’s open. Is there a way to adjust it so it closes faster when our grazer isn’t eating anymore? Thanks!

Thanks for your review! I'm glad to hear you're happy with your new feeder.

MiBowl has two different speed settings for opening/closing. If MiBowl is in trainig mode, the feeder will stay open a little longer before closing to allow your pet to get used to the mechanism. Once your pet is comfortable with the feeder, you can take MiBowl out of training mode and the lid will then close quicker after feeding.

Due to safety reasons, there isn't an option to speed the lid closure up any further after this however, as we need to avoid any risk of your pet getting caught in the mechanism.

This has really helped in my two cat household. One cat is a piggy and the other is a grazer. My only complaint is that the bowl is so deep. It’s hard for kitties because they get whisker fatigue. Please pass on that they need a much shallower dish and maybe even just a little bit wider. Although I know that the width is limited to keep the other cats out. But maybe just a bit
