I have had this fountain for several years and my cat loves it--sits & meows while cleaning it till it's again filled and he can drink from it. The only problem I have is the little white brush that came with it to clean the small round holes in the pump has lost all its bristles & I'd like to know where I can obtain a new one.

I've had a couple issues with my feeders, but the company got back to me and all is well. I've got 4 of them, but one of my kitties passed. The only thing that would make these even better albeit perfect, would be the ability to store food and dispense a certain amount of food at particular times while still only allowing the correct kitty to get in and eat the dispensed food. It would be perfection for those who travel!

I love our chip reading feeders! It was just what we needed to keep our 3 kitties, who are all on different diets, from stealing each other’s food. Worth every penny. The chip tag it comes with was pretty big for a cat but getting pets chipped isn’t that expensive these days. If the company is looking for new add-on ideas, I’d love to see a two section insert, so I could offer both dry and wet in the same feeder. Thank you!

I got this bowl about 2 years ago for my 25 lb pomsky who lives with cats that shouldn't be eating his food. It holds just enough dry and dry/wet mix. He only eats sporadically and now only he actually gets to eat his food. I have found a few fruit flies sometimes but now have an electronic catcher. I love this bowl!

We bought this because we have a piggy and a grazer. Works great, except that our piggy has learned to hang out and get in there for food when it’s open. Is there a way to adjust it so it closes faster when our grazer isn’t eating anymore? Thanks!

I did have to contact customer service to find the correct size, the storm door I put the cat door in was only 1/4" thick, and the only one I could find was to small (I have a 17# cat). They replied to my email extremely quick with this door. I made it a little more difficult because I did not take the storm door down, but it worked. The pattern made the hole a little bigger then I thought it should be, but the door went on fine. I did have a small problem connecting the inside and outside as the directions showed only putting screws in one way (cut to the smallest size) and it did not stay together. I went ahead and put screws in both sides but angling them in on the back. Works fine. Now I'm working on my cats using the flap😹😹

I had a little trouble getting this setup to begin with, but I called the company and they walked me through it. I was surprised a real person answered the phone tbh. The camera is great for getting to talk to my Yorkies while I'm at work during the day, and they obviously don't mind the extra treats throughout the day. My wife and I were on a weekend trip and this was great to check in on them and make sure our pet sitter was actually keeping the food bowls full too.

I'm coming back to buy my fourth one of these C200 units after using these for several months now. The stainless steel bowls make cleaning super easy, and give me peace of mind that they get thoroughly cleaned in my dishwasher on high heat. I use these autofeeders on a daily basis for my four cats - I set it up at night after feeding them dinner so that it serves them breakfast and I get to sleep in! :-)

I feed my cats a homemade raw diet, and after 8-10 hours overnight, their food is still nice and cold with the ice pack. It helps to have their food be slightly frozen when I portion it out too. An added bonus is that these feeders are pretty indestructible - two of my cats regularly bat one of the feeders around, turning it upside down and moving it all across the room. Never once has it leaked! Looks a bit beat up, but still works perfectly!

If you're looking for an autofeeder for raw or canned food, this is truly the best one out there.

I have had four to five household cats for years and have been using fountains for a long time, so I have a good idea what features are useful and what can be a hassle to deal with. This very compact multi-level fountain comes in right at the top of my list of favorites.
It is small, considerably smaller than ones I've used before. The others held a good bit more water, but I've found that having to add water every two days or so helps to keep the water from remaining in the tank too long. Even with a good filter, eventually food and hair build up in the big ones, clouding the water. This size is just right for a fairly large brood of cats to maintain plenty of hydration with relatively little addition of water.

Mine took all of about 12 hours to get acquainted with it and start to use it enthusiastically. They drink from different heights, for some reason, but they all seem to love it.

This is a breeze to clean, too, compared to some with labyrinthine twists and turns in the underside or bowl. The plastic material seems to clean up easily in our water, and the pump is the standard one you see in many fountains. It is quiet and dependable, when cleaned at regular intervals.

All in all, this fountain is a great find, and a real value if your goal is to get your cats to drink more water. I highly recommend it, and would buy one just like it should this one ever need to be replaced. I see why it has hundreds of five-star reviews to its credit.

Love the feeders for our cats. I’d really like an option with a divided bowl, though. Dry food in one half, wet in other so they don’t mix.

I purchased two MiBowl feeders for my cats and am very happy with them. Each cat is on different diets and these feeders help tremendously. I was also very happy that my cat's PetLink microchip was compatible with the feeder.

We have two cats and the bigger one was always trying to steal food. I wanted to find an alternative to waiting for the small cat to finish eating, especially because he wants to eat small quantities throughout the day. Now that he is using the Mibowl and only he has access to his food he can keep eating throughout the day without worrying. We then bought the big cat his own feeder because we noticed that the small cat was stealing HIS food now that his own was protected.
It took a few days to get them used to using them, but it was easy enough to do. If they seem to reject the feeder be patient, they will use it soon enough. The main thing is the noise of the door opening and closing but after a while they accept it and don’t mind it any more.
Everybody is happy now and we noticed that the big cat is eating less than he used to and doesn’t feel the need to finish everything in one sitting like he used to. Maybe he was himself worried that his food would get stolen.
We used to spend so much time and effort keeping them separated and feeding them throughout the day. Best purchase ever!

I wanted a feeder without a lot of bells and whistles that would be easy to use and easy to clean and this is it. Also love that it runs off one battery - no wires hanging around. I bought 2. The perfect solution for cats that like their breakfast at 4:30 am…like mine. Thank you!

Love this feeder I have the metal trays and the white bowl holder for the inserts. I feed 4 time in 24 hr period so would love to get about 5 more metal tray inserts I do not need the bowl. Hope to see the silver trays inserts sold seperate from the grey plastic bowl soon. I would buy it again. Also got a second set of the replacement ice so that I can freeze and switch them out every 12 hours. My cat loves it

Had an issue with cats and meal stealing. One was getting desperate and going up on kitchen counters to then steal our food. Bought this for him - took about 3 minutes to train him to use it and program with his microchip. After that, life has been good. It's a simple feeder and works great. Well worth it for the peace in our family again.
